> Fetches the comments on a public Facebook post or reel. Pass `url` OR `feedbackId` (the post's feedback id from `/facebook/post` — faster). Each comment includes text, author, timestamp, reaction count + per-type breakdown, reply count, any media attachment, and its permalink. Returns a `paging.cursor` / `paging.hasNextPage` for the next page, plus the `feedbackId` to reuse.
