# Billboards
> Fetches every billboard in the Lagos Life world (Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt): its slot, area, city, airport flag and weekly ₦ price, and every ad live on it — boards rotate their ads, one every 15 seconds — with the ad's link, image and end date. Takes no parameters. Only publicly available data is returned.

## Authentication

## Caching
Every endpoint accepts an optional `cache_max_age`

## Responses
Success returns `{ "data": …, "meta": { "requestId", … } }`. Errors return
`{ "error": { "code", "message", "requestId" } }` with a matching HTTP
status. `meta` on a scrape carries `creditsCharged`, `creditsRemaining`,
`cached`, and (on a hit) `cachedAt`.
## Rate limits
Requests are limited per team per minute; over the limit returns `429` with
a `Retry-After` header.
