# Status

> Live availability and incident history.

Check the live status of the Scraperize API — current availability, ongoing incidents, and past
incidents with their resolutions — on our status page:

The status page is fed by independent uptime monitors that probe the API's health endpoint continuously.

## Reporting a problem

If you're seeing errors that the status page doesn't reflect, contact support with the **`requestId`**
from the affected response (`meta.requestId`, or `error.requestId`) — it lets us trace the exact call.

  This page will be wired to the live uptime provider before launch. Until then, treat
  status.scraperize.com as the source of truth for availability.
