Description: Fetches a public Instagram post or Reel by URL — a photo, a video/Reel or a carousel — and returns it as clean JSON: id, shortcode and URL, type, caption with hashtags and mentions, posted date, like and comment counts, video views and (for Reels) plays, the media files (full-size image, video renditions with duration, first frame, every carousel slide with its own files, alt text and tagged users), the audio track (original sound or licensed music), tagged users, collaborators, sponsors, location, paid-partnership and AI labels, the topics Instagram links to the post and Instagram's AI-generated title and summary. Also returns the owner (id, handle, name, verified, private, HD picture, follower and post counts), the first comments shown under the post (text, date, likes, author) and more posts from the owner's profile. Media URLs download directly, with no extra headers. Only publicly available data is returned.

- region (select): The country to fetch the post from, as a two-letter code (ISO 3166-1) — useful when a post isn't available everywhere. Defaults to NG (Nigeria).
- cache_max_age (select): Optional. Return a cached result if one this age or newer exists — served for **0 credits** with `meta.cached=true` and `meta.cachedAt`. Otherwise a fresh scrape runs (**1 credit**) and refreshes the cache. Omit to always scrape fresh.
