Reporting a problem

If you’re seeing errors that the status page doesn’t reflect, contact support with the requestId from the affected response (meta.requestId, or error.requestId) — it lets us trace the exact call.
This page will be wired to the live uptime provider before launch. Until then, treat status.scraperize.com as the source of truth for availability.
